Project Manager – Praca Poznań Sady, Tarnowo Podgórne

Your responsibilities

• Developing medical devices according to the LiNA Medical Design and Development process
• Participate and/or responsible for transforming new products from R&D to manufacturing
• Involve and support in risk management, usability, design validation
• Support and Preparation of quality and technical documentation related to design development, testing, and regulatory purposes
• Overview the project risks with and optimize team performance
• Update relevant disciplines to manage the projects per agreement with the line manager
• Lead the project team according to LiNA values and per agreement with the steering committee – and lead by example
• Engage in audits, CAPA’s etc. per agreement with the line manager
• Being flexible and take advantage of his/her specialist skills in project

Our requirements

• Technical education is preferred e.g. B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in development and manufacturing of high quality and small volume products
• Good mechanical understanding is preferable – could be combined with other specialist/SME skills.
• Documented project Management experience required supported by e.g. certificate (academy profession programme) is advantageous
• Good material and manufacturing process knowledge – e.g. polymer and metal
• Experience in other relevant fields Medical device development is advantageous – e.g.
• Electronics,
• Software development,
• Design control,
• User Driven Innovation,
• Toxicology
• Fluent in English verbal and writing
• Experience with Microsoft office
