Distributors
LiNA Medical ApS, Formervangen 5, 2600 Glostrup, Denmark, info@lina-medical.com, +4543296666 processes the Name, Business phone number, Business e-mail address and Business card of our contact person(s) at our Distributors, which is a requirement to maintain our Distributor contract.
The purpose of processing the data is to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations.
The legal basis for processing the data is EU regulative 2016/679 Article 6 (1) (b) because the personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract.
The personal data is stored in our CRM system.
Due to Regulatory requirements, the data will be stored until 10 years after the distributor relationship ends.
As a LiNA Medical distributor you have the rights to request access to and rectification or erasure of the personal data or restriction of processing, and to object to the processing. As a distributor you also have the right to receive the personal data and have this data transmitted to another controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Datatilsynet, which is our supervisory authority. Please find their contact details at the website www.datatilsynet.dk.
Suppliers

The purpose of processing the data is to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations.
The legal basis for processing the data is EU regulative 2016/679 Article 6 (1) (b) because the personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract.
The data will be stored until 5 years after the customer relationship ends.
As a LiNA Medical supplier you have the rights to request access to and rectification or erasure of the personal data or restriction of processing, and to object to the processing. As a supplier you also have the right to receive the personal data and have this data transmitted to another controller.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Datatilsynet, which is our supervisory authority. Please find their contact details at the website www.datatilsynet.dk.
Participation in the Congress
PURPOSES AND BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
- carry out the registration of your participation in the congress – on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator (6(1)(a) and (f) RODO).
- sending post-event information, including making automated decisions on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO)
The provision of personal data by the Participant is voluntary but necessary in order to take part and to maintain contact after the event.
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
For the purposes referred to above, the following categories of personal data are processed:
- name,
- company name,
- country,
- e-mail address,
- telephone number.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The following entities may be the recipients of personal data in the performance of the commissioned services and consents granted:
- subcontractors with whom the Administrator has entered into entrustment agreements providing services in the field of software, maintenance of software or hardware used to process personal data;
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
If you leave your data with us during the congress for further cooperation, your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent.
If you register your participation in the congress, your personal data will be processed until the expiry of the limitation period for possible claims.
OTHER INFORMATION
Your personal data may be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area. This is in connection with the Administrator’s use of the IT services of Snappii, located at 380 Lafayette Rd Unit 11-301 Seabrook, NH 03874, which is the developer of the contact handling software.
In relation to our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- The right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- The right to object to the processing,
- The right to data portability,
- The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for a specific purpose if you have previously given your consent,

- Google Analytics
